This book has tons of information and is easy to follow. I enjoy that they lay out everything one will need with all different diets (Meat eater, vegetarian vs vegan)
Combining western medicine and acupuncture, especially in utero. If you are wanting to know more of the the "how" and "why" this is a great read.

I love using this to not only study all the body structure's but to locate the points as well.
This author (same as The Spark in the Machine) does an amzing job combining western and TCM concepts together. The images in this book are also amazing - everytime I pick this text up I learn so much.
It is a mindless way to study the channels and main points (wouldn't say it is necessary to have but it is nice)
A huge portion of your board test questions will be based out of this book. It honestly is one that is worth investing in and having your own personal copy.
Easy/fun way to learn diagnosis as a comic book style. If you are a visual learner and enjoy stories to memorize information this is a great investment.
not necessary to purchase till deeper into studies - goes deep into tongue diagnosis
